Walker played three years on the Carolina Panthers roster, appearing in 15 games from 2020 to 2022.
Walker had previously spent two years on the Colts practice squad after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in 2017.
Walker attended Temple University, where he set several passing records and led the Owls to a 20-8 record as a starter in his junior and senior years.
