A claim against Dallas Cow boys quarterback Dak Prescott charging rape has been excused.

A lady documented a criminal grievance against Prescott in Spring, charging that the 30-year-old physically attacked her toward the rear of a vehicle in a Dallas strip club vehicle leave in February 2017.
