John Kelly, an experienced running back, was cut by the Ravens from their practice squad on Tuesday.
Kelly joined the Baltimore team during training camp and made his debut in the team’s opening two games. Against the Las Vegas Raiders, he had two kick returns for 46 yards but did not play any offensive snaps.
The Ravens added linebacker William Kwenkeu to their practice squad as a countermove. After attending St. Charles High School in Maryland, Kwenkeu signed as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings in 2022, but the team waived him in March.
