Michigan currently has three recruits committed for the 2026 class.

Quarterback Brady Hart leads the class, but the Wolverines are hoping to produce another strong class under head coach Sherrone Moore. One priority for the maize and blue is keeping in-state players at home and playing in Ann Arbor. However, on Sunday, Michigan lost one of their targets.

’26 Tight End Lincoln Keyes chose the Georgia Bulldogs over Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, and others. Keyes is a Saline (MI) prospect and one of the Wolverines’ primary targets.

The 6-foot-6 prospect is rated a Composite three-star recruit. Keyes is ranked as the 390th recruit in the 2026 class and the 20th tight end. He is also the seventh-best prospect in the state of Michigan.

Michigan has recently done a good job recruiting tight ends. Landing Hogan Hansen last class, among other things. The Wolverines now have four-star Andrew Olesh and three-star Eli Owens on their roster for the 2025 cycle.
