BREAKING: Dallas Cowboys’ made a nice trade decision with 49ers

Dallas is finally accepting that the Niners essentially stole from the Cowboys with the Trey Lance transaction.

In light of their difficulties, Jerry Jones said he does not envision Trey Lance starting for the Cowboys, which must make the 49ers laugh even harder.

For aggressively pursuing quarterback Trey Lance in the 2021 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers are repeatedly at fault.
However, by moving him to the Dallas Cowboys for a fourth-round draft pick in early 2023, the Niners may at least get some relief for ending the fruitless experiment.

Who was the trade winner? San Francisco. Definitely. Then some.

The 49ers received the highest value for a traded signal-caller among the 2021 quarterback class, which was almost entirely a bust. Meanwhile, the Cowboys were trying to find insurance for their franchise starter, Dak Prescott.
With a 3-7 record and Prescott sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a severe hamstring injury, Dallas is not progressing quickly. The Houston Texans’ 34-10 Week 11 thumping at AT&T Stadium, where head coach Mike McCarthy started backup quarterback Cooper Rush, served as the high point of this campaign.

Prescott’s injury would have been expected to give Lance a second chance. Rush is, after all, just Rush. A backup plan for a career. Not much more.

Rather than letting Rush leave the game, McCarthy made him try 55 passes as he was sacked five times.
After the game, McCarthy told Pro Football Talk, “I think the one thing I should have done at the end, and I just did not do,was put Trey in there.” “I could have purchased a series for him.”

Regretfully for Lance, it does not seem like the Cowboys will be making any significant changes under center in the near future.

The Cowboys will not start, according to Jerry Jones. Lance Trey

McCarthy is likely not calling many shots these days because he is riding his own hot seat in Dallas. Additionally, considering the Cowboys’ current position in the standings and playoff scenario, it might be proactive to at least observe Lance’s abilities for an extended period of time.
However, general manager and owner Jerry Jones said Lance will continue to be Rush’s backup.

In response to a question regarding Lance starting, Jones said, “I do not know about it,” via PFT. “I want to give our team the best chance possible to succeed in every step. Therefore, the quarterback who offers us the best chance to win the game will be the one we bring here.”

In the end, it appears like Dallas has had enough of Lance, who did not show much promise throughout training camp or the preseason and only attempted six passes in one lopsided loss to the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this season.
Although the Cowboys agreed with the Niners that Lance only needs reps, the former team has no intention of providing him any.

Probably amusing.

San Francisco is also capable of laughing, though for different reasons. How it was able to defraud a
