With a 3-11 record and serious quarterback doubts that are threatening their future, the Tennessee Titans have had very little success this season.

Nick Folk has had an excellent season, missing only one of his 22 field goal attempts and converting all 25 of his extra points, so the kicking game has been one area where things have gone well.

The Titans have made a roster adjustment in case the veteran is unable to play since Folk will be a game-time decision for their Week 16 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo said on X, “According to a source, the Titans are adding K Brayden Narveson to the active roster and extending the contract by one year to have him under contract [until] 2025.”
After signing as an undrafted free agent, Narveson, a rookie, was waived by the Titans before the season began.

After that, he joined the Green Bay Packers, where he participated in six games and made all 16 of his extra points and 12 of his 17 – goal tries.
During preseason with the Titans, he gave Folk a serious run for his money. Tennessee will now have a familiar face back in case Folk gets hurt or decides to hang up after the season.

With a 40-year-old kicker on the squad, it is never too early to start planning for the upcoming season when you are 3-11.
