Anass Zaroury of Burnley has completed his second medical exam satisfactorily, completing his transfer to RC Lens.

Journalist Sacha Tavolieri claims that Zaroury’s relocation to the French side ought to be finished within the following day or two.

According to a story from yesterday, Zaroury and Lens had reached an agreement and were about to finalize the move. With bonuses included, the transaction was valued at €9 million, and Burnley would receive 20% of any future sales proceeds.

According to those same rumors, Zaroury had already signed a contract and completed the first phase of his medical examination with Lens.
It seemed like a transfer was moving very quickly, and Tavolieri now says that Zaroury finished the second portion of his medical today.

Therefore, nothing is preventing him from leaving Burnley, and the “officialization” is expected to happen within the next day.

That will conclude his two-year tenure at Burnley, which he began in August 2022 after leaving RSC Charleroi. He was on loan at Hull City for the second half of the previous season, but he is now expected to leave Turf Moor completely.
