All of the world’s leading digital music providers provide the Concert for Bangladesh album for streaming.
The original concerts, which took place on August 1, 1971, at 2:30 and 8:00 p.m. at Madison Square Garden in New York, brought together an all-star cast that included Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Leon Russell, Billy Preston, and Ravi Shankar. The purpose of the events was to raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis that was developing in East Pakistan and Bangladesh.

A triple album boxset and feature film were produced by the concert. Naturally, this is the first time the song has been made available on streaming services. The George Harrison Fund for UNICEF at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF will receive all net revenues (after taxes).
